Emilee Jane Richardson will appear as Angela, a middle-aged Texas housewife with a great sense of humor and a fiercely independent streak. Emilee has a wealth of musical theatre and opera experience. She also has performed with the travelling choir of the Freed-Hardeman University Acapella Singers and is a vocal participant in her church’s worship ministry.

Desireè Dezutti will appear as Darlene, the youngest of the trio from the Deep South – a simple, pretty, sweet woman who grew up in a coal mining West Virginia town and in the Mississippi Delta. Desireè is a Loudon resident with singing experiences with Madison Central and Lenoir City High Schools. She performed numerous roles in high school musicals, particularly the role of Dorothy in the Lenoir City High School production of Wizard of Oz.

Debbie Mayberry and Dennis Loy are co-directors for the show, and Wendel Werner is the music director. Reserved seats at $21 will go on sale September 11 on the Tellico Community Players Website at www.TellicoCommunityPlayhouse.org.
