As we approach the holidays of 2020, it is clear they are unlike any we have ever known… the large parties and festivities that we once enjoyed are no longer recommended. With our new “norm” of small, intimate social gatherings, most of us will be spending the holidays at home or with small groups of family and friends.
Therefore, our holiday wardrobes will become much more casual. No longer will the glitz and glitter of previous holidays show up on our shopping lists!
You’ll look, instead, for that more relaxed, comfortable and casual outfit to add to your wardrobe this season. We, as buyers, had already seen fashion trends heading in a more casual direction… have you seen the tennis shoes on everyone from CEOs to A List Celebrities? So, it came as no surprise to us that casual fashions would be preferred this year, even before the Covid virus!
When you visit The Lily Pad, you’ll notice the store is filled with all of the new and trending casual styles… matching athleisure sets, jogger pants, cozy sweaters, cute tennis shoes, and of course, don’t forget to pick up an adorable face mask to match!
During this most unusual holiday season, our thoughts, more than ever, turn gratefully to those who have made our continued success possible. This year has been tough for small businesses – and we could not have gotten through it without our wonderful, supportive customers!
