New firm name… same people, same location, same great, personalized service!
As trusted advisor in the tax and accounting industry for many years, it’s important to maintain consistent communication as new information arises in the tax and accounting world and within our firm. With this in mind, we have big news to share.
We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2018, Warren & Tallent CPAs, PLLC will be merging with Jackson & Runyan CPAs, PLLC to become WarrenJackson CPAs, PLLC. We have been working diligently together to accomplish this transition and ensure that each of our clients continue to receive the highest level of service.
This is a merger of two highly compatible firms. Our companies have worked together frequently in the past, and we are longtime personal friends. We believe this merger will allow us to provide more options and a better quality of service. Though we will now operate as one company – WarrenJackson CPAs, PLLC – we will maintain the same personal working relationships that you have had in the past. All office locations and staffing will remain the same.
Warren & Tallent has been serving clients for 55 years, and Jackson & Runyan has been serving clients in Southeast Tennessee for the past 33 years. We both have strived to provide high-quality tax and accounting services to our clients where the focus is always on offering a rich client experience! Both firms have offered an experienced team of professionals that provides a wide range of services from basic tax return preparation to complex planning for individuals and businesses. We are excited about our merger and look forward to continuing to provide professional, high-quality service to our existing clients and to expand our firm with the addition of new clients.
