RE/MAX At The Lakes owner, Elby Loyd, and his team have merged with RE/MAX Preferred Properties, Inc. in Knoxville. This union will expand the RE/MAX brand, technology, and superior service across county lines, allowing homebuyers and sellers more choices from Sevier County to Monroe County and everywhere between.
RE/MAX franchise owners and brokers, Rich and Ryan Levenson, expressed their desire to expand their breadth of service to not only the residential real estate market, but the commercial real estate market as well. RE/MAX Preferred Properties, Inc. serviced mainly Knox and Sevier counties with their offices, but this merger will allow for expansion into Loudon, Monroe, and other westward counties.
“We felt the time was right to join with Elby,” said Ryan. “He brings so much experience in the investor/developer market, as well as commercial real estate. We felt he would complement both his brokerage and ours.”
Rich, Ryan, and Elby have been working on this for months and feel this is a win/win opportunity for all.
“Rich was such a remarkable mentor to me when I started my real estate career in 2002 and has continued to assist me,” said Elby. “Since that time, my commercial business has continued to grow throughout the Knoxville metro area, all the way to Chattanooga, as has my special market residential focus in West Knox and Loudon County.
