The 200-plus volunteers at the Good Neighbors Shoppe would like to wish all of the readers of East Tennessee’s Mountain Views a happy Valentine’s Day. Don’t know what to get that special someone in your life for Valentine’s Day? Why not visit the Good Neighbors Shoppe in nearby and convenient Lenoir City?
During your visit, we encourage you to visit all of their departments, and in February particularly, be sure to visit their collectible, antique, and boutique area. In this section of the store, you’ll often discover the unexpected, including vintage quilts and dinnerware, crystal, a large selection of collectibles, and antiques. And in the months ahead, they will also be featuring a “retro” display where household items from the 1950s will be displayed for sale. If you’re into nostalgia, you’re going to love this opportunity to purchase an item or two for accent pieces in your home. But as always, shop early and often, as new items are added to the Good Neighbors Shoppe all throughout each day.
Perhaps the greatest way to celebrate Valentine’s Day, in addition to becoming a Good Neighbors Shoppe customer, is to support this extraordinary not-for-profit organization with your donations of quality, gently used merchandise that in turn will be re-sold.
