Now in our third month, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for both your support and encouragement. As in any new business venture, there is a learning curve, and we sincerely appreciate your indulgence. And for those of you who may not have visited us yet, I invite you to visit us on your next visit to historic downtown Sweetwater.
At Upstairs at The Mansion, you’ll discover an all-new menu with a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups. How about our very own signature Nashville Chicken Sandwich, Pesto Mozzarella Tomato Panini, or a Chicken Caesar Wrap? Every week we will offer guests a variety of luncheon specials, including as many as five “to-die-for” desserts.
I would like to introduce all of you to Bree Wiseman, Upstairs at The Mansion’s restaurant manager and pastry chef. Bree is a Sweetwater native and graduate of Le Cordon Blue Culinary School in Atlanta, where she earned a certificate in the school’s Pâtisserie & Baking curriculum. We are privileged to have someone of Bree’s managerial and creative skills on our team. And every week you will discover as many as five new dessert creations on our menu for you to indulge yourself in.
So come for the cuisine and ambiance, and stay for the delectable desserts. Also, don’t forget to like us on Facebook and watch for our special events that we plan for throughout the year.
Upstairs at The Mansion is also available for private parties and events, including birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, graduations, and even small weddings. Please contact us with any questions you might have and help you may need when planning your next event. Bon appétit!
