There have been a great many changes that we have all experienced in the residential real estate industry during the last 10 years, not the least of which are changes in lending regulations. I’ve recently joined the Atlantic Capital Bank/FSG Bank team here in Tellico Village, combining my 31 years of experience and expertise in mortgage loan and affluent mortgage loan origination with the superior financial strength of this respected financial institution. After relocating to Loudon, Tennessee 12 years ago from Palm Beach County, Florida, I began serving the mortgage lending needs of the community with a different Tellico Village based lender. In fact, I may already have had the privilege of serving you previously. I am very excited to make this transition to Atlantic Capital Bank/FSG Bank and look forward to continuing to service the mortgage lending needs of residents of Tellico Village and the surrounding communities.
