Luxe Homes and Design would like your vote on features used in its Parade Home for the 2011 Parade of Homes!
Do you enjoy visiting model homes and giving your opinion on things you like and don’t like, or to get ideas on features that would look great in your current home? The Parade of Homes is a great way for people to gather ideas for their future dream home. We all enjoy observing home trends and determining how they can be incorporated into our own home.
Right now is an opportunity for you to be involved in the planning process for a 2011 Parade of Homes entry! The plan selected is Hennefield by Frank Betz. Beginning in May, Luxe Homes and Design will start the voting process, so go to Luxe Homes and Design’s Facebook page and place your vote on which cabinets, fixtures, colors and styles you enjoy the most. Each time you vote you are entered in a drawing for a $500 gift certificate from Home Depot. The prize will be rewarded during the week of the Parade of Homes in September. Also, during the Parade you will see firsthand which product or colors won and see how everything came together!
Three options will be available for cabinets, interior/exterior materials and colors, countertops, flooring, light fixtures and other cosmetic details that are fun to put together in a new home. Take away ideas for your current home or the home you are planning to build in the future. This is an exciting way for everybody to get involved in the building process.
And the home selected for the 2011 Parade of Homes will also be ENERGY STAR rated. Luxe Homes and Design is combining the newest design trends with the latest in ENERGY STAR rated technologies. Not only will the house be designed with the help of your vote, but it will be designed to help save energy and the environment!
