Having been active in the Tellico Village, Rarity Bay, and Tellico Lake area residential real estate marketplace since 2006, most area residents are familiar with my efforts both as a realtor and my marketing support efforts on behalf of other realtors in this same marketing area. While the marketing of residential real estate continues to evolve, one important characteristic that remains unchanged is that nothing can replace a well-thought out, comprehensive, and carefully implemented marketing strategy.
During my time in the real estate marketplace, I discovered that the most successful realtors were also the very best marketers. As a result, I recently re-launched my real estate career with Woody Creek Realty, where I will concentrate my efforts on behalf of both buyers in sellers in Tellico area communities.
What I will be offering sellers in particular is truly unique. I will be offering every seller a comprehensive marketing analysis in which the seller is an active participant. I will personally prepare all marketing materials rather than sub-contract them to a third party. My skills include:
