Cones Cupboard Antiques is Relocating

That’s right! We’re moving later this fall! Not out of historic downtown Sweetwater, but to our very own historic building located just across the street from our current location.
We love, and always will love, the historic section of downtown Sweetwater, with many of our oldest buildings dating back to the 1800s. It’s exciting to be part of a community of entrepreneurs, community leaders, and area residents that are committed to sustaining this historically significant area so that future generations can also benefit from learning about Sweetwater’s past.
So why are we moving just a few hundred feet from our present location? Well, that’s easy. Our relocation will also allow us to be even more invested in downtown Sweetwater. At present, we rent our current location. With our move, we will own one-half of the building now owned by Bobby Todd Antiques. No, Bobby Brown is not leaving Sweetwater. Just consolidating, which will allow both Bobby and Todd to devote additional energy to their fast growing Todd Richesin Interiors in Knoxville.
What this will allow Cones Cupboard Antiques to do is to expand into a larger retail space to offer our customers even more antiques, vintage items, and gifts to select from. Also, with much needed additional storage, it will give us the flexibility to discover and purchase even more incredible finds to share with all of you.
Our new location also represents our desire to invest in our very own historical building that we can share with you and your children’s children.
