Although I pursued a career in retail banking, my secret ambition for as long as I can remember was to own my own business. My dream became a reality two months ago when I purchased Only The Best Boutique & Consignment Shop in historic downtown Sweetwater. My dream has now become both a passion and a labor of love.
The former shop featured a wide assortment of items, including antiques, jewelry, gifts, home décor items, and women’s consignment clothing. For those who have visited us recently, you will have already observed the many changes we have made. For those of you who plan to visit us in the weeks and months ahead, I wish to thank you in advance for your patience as we continue to move forward with our plans for the future. The shop will be undergoing a gradual facelift on the inside as well, and we will continue to transition from antiques while enhancing our existing product offerings.
In the months ahead, we will be focusing on our women’s apparel consignment business by adding more quality items to choose from along with carrying more plus sizes. Expect to discover a wider selection of designer-inspired and designer apparel, including some brand new items as well. We will continue to offer a limited selection of fine and vintage jewelry as well as the latest in designer-inspired jewelry. We’ll also feature handbags and scarves to accessorize your fashion selections.
Only The Best will also offer an assortment of gifts for any occasion, including innovative, hand-crafted candles from Kringle Candle.
