Keith and Kathy Milam of Tellico Village can tell you that life is both about change and the journey. As former owners of Key Rentals & Property Management, Tellico Village’s oldest and most respected residential property management and rental company, Keith and Kathy have decided to do what so many others in their community have done: retire.
Although Keith and Kathy will be missed, they will reside in Tellico Village and continue to support the community in a different capacity.
My husband, Jim Schell, and I are honored to be the new owners of Key Rentals & Property Management, now called Key Rental Management, LLC. And, like all of you, we wish Keith and Kathy the very best in their retirement years and thank them for their service to our community.
Both Jim and I intend to bring our combined residential real estate, administrative, customer service, management, and financial experience to Key Rental Management, LLC to provide even a higher level of service in the future. We have relocated Key Rental Management, LLC to a new and higher visibility office on Highway 321 in Lenoir City to take advantage of the marketing opportunities that exist for our clients with the over 26,000 vehicles that pass our office each and every day.
Along with some new and innovative marketing tools that we will be implementing in the months ahead, it is our commitment to make a great company even better in the future.
We also invite you to attend our Open House in April to meet both Jim and myself and to learn about how we can make a Key difference in your next residential rental experience, whether you’re a property owner or would-be renter.
And for those of you that would like to express your well wishes to Keith and Kathy, please feel free to mail, email or drop them off at our office. We will be delighted to deliver them personally to the Milam’s.
